Payment Policy: Diving: For Diving Packages, full payment is required at booking. Packages are non transferable for any unused portion or cancelled dives when on island. Packages are only available for advanced reservations and are not available to be booked when on island. For Ala Carte diving, a deposit of $100 is required per diver in order to hold space. The balance can be settled on check out and will be calculated at the non-package pricing. Accommodations: 50% deposit required on all accommodation packages at the time of reservation, and full payment due 45 days prior to arrival or at the time of reservation for reservations within 45 days of arrival. Cancellation Policy: Diving: Cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival will
receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 2 days and 6 days of
arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations made within
less than 2 days of arrival. NOTE: All rates are in US dollars and are per trip.
All dive packages are on an individual basis and cannot be split between
families and friends.
Accommodations: Cancellations 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival. Change of dates for stay will be allowed at no charge, other than any difference in applicable rate between original reservation and new dates. |
